Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
Architect, design, and implement data solutions using Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Power BI, and other related tools.
Data Integration:
Develop and manage data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow across various systems and platforms.
Data Modeling:
Create and maintain data models, ensuring they meet business requirements and support data analytics and reporting needs.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize database performance, including tuning queries, indexing, and managing storage.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes, and standards.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, and other Microsoft data tools. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
