Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Dietitian Associate at Meadbery, your primary role will be to lead and expand our client wellness services by providing personalized nutrition consultations, promoting and selling Meadbery's supplements, and supporting clients in achieving their health goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior dietitians, driving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize client outcomes and product sales. Key Responsibilities: - Client Consultation and Support: - Provide personalized nutrition and diet consultations to clients via calls and chat. - Guide clients on the proper usage and dosage of Meadbery supplements. - Educate clients on how Meadbery products contribute to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. - Offer evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to individual client needs, preferences, and goals. - Sales & Product Promotion: - Promote and recommend Meadbery products as part of a comprehensive wellness plan. - Convert consultations into product sales through empathetic, informed communication. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed product promotion targets. - Leadership & Team Development: - Lead and mentor a team of dietitians to ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction. - Train and onboard new dietitians, providing them with ongoing coaching and support. - Monitor team performance and implement best practices to improve effectiveness. - Stay updated with the latest research in nutrition science, supplements, and wellness trends. - Contribute to product development and marketing strategies from a dietitian's perspective. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to enhance client experiences and outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in nutritional counseling, ideally with supplement knowledge. - Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred. - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats. - Empathetic, client-focused approach with a passion for health and wellness. - Comfortable with sales-driven goals and performance metrics. - Familiarity with CRM and consultation tools is a plus.,
