Senior Dialysis Technician

As a Senior Dialysis Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dialysis procedures adhere to medical protocols and uphold patient safety standards. You will be tasked with supervising and providing support to staff members during dialysis treatments, as well as monitoring patient responses to treatment and intervening in emergencies when necessary. Collaboration with nephrologists and other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing dialysis nurses, technicians, and support staff, as well as creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a B. Sc in Dialysis Technology or a Diploma in Dialysis, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
