Other Requirements: Proven expertise in new patient assessments, dialysis session monitoring, and emergency consultations. Experience in ordering investigations and ensuring accurate medication administration. Proficient in entering details into online portals, strong analytical skills, and effective English communication. MS Office basic is essential.

Disinfect Haemodialysis machines as per required rooms Checking the patients vital signs and talking with them to assess their condition. Educating the patients about their disease and its treatment and answering any questions Overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish Making sure patients are given the correct medications ordered by their doctors Evaluating patients reaction to the dialysis treatment and medications Supporting the entire Dialysis team in delivering quality care in a considerate, respectful manner Primes dialyzer and bloodlines

Your duties will include closely monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions to ensure their well-being. It will also be crucial for you to maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety measures throughout the procedures. In addition to dialysis procedures, you will be in charge of cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining dialysis machines and related equipment. Conducting routine checks and promptly reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate authorities will be part of your equipment maintenance responsibilities. Patient care will be a key aspect of your role, involving educating patients on dialysis procedures and offering guidance on post-treatment care. Providing emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process will also be essential. Ward duties will require you to assist nursing staff in monitoring vital signs, preparing patient beds, and offering hygiene support. Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments and assisting with administrative tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also be expected to support activities in the ICU and OPD. This will involve helping with patient monitoring and basic care tasks in the ICU and assisting in patient preparation, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth patient flow in the OPD. The job will entail rotational shifts based on hospital needs, including flexibility for additional hours such as night shifts or on-call duties in the ICU and OPD.
