Senior DFT Engineer

As a Senior DFT Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Design for Test (DFT), your role involves developing and implementing DFT methodologies for complex integrated circuits. You will collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure successful DFT implementation, perform scan insertion, ATPG, and memory BIST, as well as conduct DFT simulations and debug DFT issues.
