Job Description

Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Write and manage infrastructure as code using
Terraform
.
Integrate and maintain monitoring tools to ensure application and system health.
Work with cross-functional teams to support deployment, automation, and operational tasks.
Collaborate with ServiceNow for IT service management and automation.
Explore and integrate AI-based tools or features to enhance DevOps practices (preferred).

Required Skills:

7+ years of DevOps experience
in offshore delivery environments.
Strong expertise in
AWS Cloud
services and architecture.
Hands-on experience with
GitLab
,
Terraform
, and
monitoring tools
(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Proven experience in setting up and managing
CI/CD pipelines
.
Familiarity with
ServiceNow
for ITSM tasks.
AI/ML exposure or experience
is a plus.
