Senior Developer Salesforce (Utilities Domain)

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer, you will contribute significantly to the delivery of high-quality solutions on Salesforce platforms, as part of utility transformation programs. You will engage in collaborative efforts with architects, provide guidance to junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects through active development and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scoping of upcoming tasks - Assist solution architects in technical design and task breakdown - Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks meeting acceptance criteria - Conduct spikes/investigations on emerging technologies for future considerations - Review code of team members for quality and adherence to standards - Coordinate with integration teams to align APIs and data flows - Collaborate with QA team to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and support for their professional growth Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience (declarative and programmatic) - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud - Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a plus, including Omniscripts, EPC, Integration Procedures - Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems - Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM environments - Demonstrated ability to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable systems - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach - Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently,
