About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Sales & Service Cloud Salesforce Developer

with a strong background in Salesforce custom development, integrations, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions in

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud

, ensuring seamless integrations with internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
Customize Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
Develop test classes, conduct unit testing, and assist in UAT and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience
, with proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Strong knowledge of
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
.
Hands-on experience with integrations using
REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
(e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
