As a Lead Associate, Software Engineering at BetaNXT, you will be part of the team that powers the future of connected wealth management infrastructure solutions. Leveraging real-time data capabilities, you will enhance the wealth advisor experience by providing flexible, efficient, and connected solutions that anticipate changing needs. Your role will involve designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure applications that enhance the suite of financial products offered by BetaNXT. The opportunity at BetaNXT involves working on BETA, a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for technical leadership across the software development and deployment lifecycle. You will work in a collaborative team environment that supports multiple concurrent projects, leveraging modern development practices and cloud-native technologies such as containerized application development, orchestration with Kubernetes, and streamlined delivery through CI/CD pipelines. Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, you will be part of a cross-functional team that includes developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps professionals. Together, you will support multiple concurrent projects and deliver value quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The teams at BetaNXT are agile, adaptable, and focused on transforming wealth management platforms into differentiating assets that enable enterprise scale and stimulate commercial growth. As a Senior Developer, your key responsibilities will include architecting and implementing enterprise-grade applications using technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core. You will design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, collaborate with DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines, partner with QA, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and balance time across multiple projects while maintaining a deep understanding of brokerage-related business logic. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, deep expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core, hands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration, proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines, understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern front-end technologies like Angular and TypeScript. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration abilities are essential. Experience in the financial or brokerage domain would be a plus.,
