Role Overview: As an ADM-Snr Developer at Barclays, your main responsibility will be to support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects by ensuring they are completed within the planned budget, agreed quality standards, and governance requirements. You will play a crucial role in evolving the digital landscape of the company, driving innovation and excellence to provide unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Experian Power curve Strategy design studio. - Ability to independently analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement them in the decision engine. - Test strategies end-to-end against business requirements. - Hands-on experience with Experian Power curve Origination design studio is highly preferred. - Python experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of the credit card domain is a plus. Qualifications Required: - Develop strategies in Powercurve SDS, workflows, and integration logics in Powercurve ODS, and test strategies end-to-end on a daily basis. - Possess good communication skills.
