Senior Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading design efforts, conducting user research and testing, creating designs, collaborating with stakeholders, providing mentorship to junior designers, contributing to design systems, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring the smooth implementation of designs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design deliverables. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions. - Develop designs, drawings, schematics, and simulations for projects as required. - Work closely with product managers, project supervisors, coordinators, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Provide guidance and support to junior designers, leading the designing team, and taking responsibility for the team's actions and inactions. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and communication with all project stakeholders. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve design processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: B. Arch, B.E, B. Tech, or similar. - User-centered design expertise with a deep understanding of user needs, behavior, and design principles. - Strong design skills including proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. - Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly. - Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire junior designers. - Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. - Proficiency in 2D and 3D design, drawings, Arduino simulation testing, mechanical drawings, and simulation testing.
