Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in detailed engineering to provide guidance to young Engineers - Support and mentor individuals to help them grow in their roles - Share knowledge and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team Qualifications Required: - Above the age of 58, preferably retired from reputed companies like L&T, EIL, Godrej - Experience in detailed engineering - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note that candidates living in or near Navi Mumbai are preferred for this role.,
