SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER

As a Product Design Engineer, your role involves designing products based on research inputs from the Marketing team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Carrying out the developmental steps/stages of the designed products - Supporting the production team and resolving production-related issues - Working on process (Man, Machine, and Method) improvements - Conducting IP study for new products - Reviewing product-related documents - Training junior team members on design-related topics - Completing any other tasks assigned by the Manager - Submitting monthly reports as per defined formats and frequency to Managers The qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in the Medical Device Industry - Proficiency in New Product Development - Hands-on experience with Plastic and Machining components - Ability in Prototyping - Skills in Verification & Validation - Proficiency in Solidworks - Knowledge of Patent Study,
