As an experienced professional with 4-7 years in the Medical Device Industry, you will be responsible for designing products based on research inputs from the Marketing team. Your expertise in New Product Development, Hands-on Plastic and Machining components, Prototyping, Verification & Validation, Solidworks, and Patent Study will be crucial in this role. Your primary tasks will include executing the developmental stages of designed products, providing support to the production team to resolve production issues, and working on process improvements involving Man, Machine, and Method. Additionally, you will conduct IP studies for new products, review product-related documents, and train junior team members on design-related topics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will also be expected to submit monthly reports to your Managers, following defined formats and frequencies. Your willingness to take on additional tasks assigned by your Manager will contribute to the overall success of the team.,
