Number of Position: 2 Location: Kandivali - Mumbai CTC Range: 5 -7 LPA Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering . Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in design within the electrical components industry Duties Responsibilities : Design Development: Create detailed designs for electrical components, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics Technical Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and production Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate designs and make necessary adjustments Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative design solutions Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high standards are maintained Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and outcomes Skills and Abilities : Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) Strong technical drawing and documentation skills Knowledge of electrical components and systems Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements Know More
