Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the design process for engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and industry standards. Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs. Perform engineering calculations and analyses to validate design proposals and ensure compliance with regulations. Generate and review engineering drawings and specifications to support project execution. Mentor and guide junior engineers in design methodologies and estimation techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and cost estimation for large-scale projects. Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and estimation tools.
