Senior Delivery Manager - Technical Services

As a seasoned individual at Darwinbox, you will be leading client engagements independently, translating requirements into business solutions, and driving end-to-end delivery of integration and configuration projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable implementations. Responsibilities: - Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design, and build for client's business use cases. - Understand client landscape, scope client requirements, and prepare business use cases and requirements documents. - Deliver configuration and integration for technical streams of assigned projects. - Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to identify integration requirements and ensure successful integration. - Ensure software and systems are integrated in compliance with security and data protection policies and regulations. - Prepare a detailed project plan, remove roadblocks, and obtain signoff from relevant stakeholders. - Document Business Requirements, functional level configurations, End State of requirements, and Exit Criteria. - Perform high-level testing of custom requirements and provide demos to clients. - Actively seek opportunities to innovate, increase efficiency in delivery, execute new ideas, and enhance automation capabilities. - Coordinate with delivery teams, handover detailed functional requirements, and oversee the delivery commitment to clients. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Analyze technical integration issues encountered during implementations and work with the team to implement processes to mitigate reoccurrences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or technical delivery roles with a successful track record in integration projects. - Experience with enterprise integration platforms, such as Workato, is a plus. - Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. - Desire to learn about technology and cloud applications. - Exposure to APIs (RESTful, SOAP), JSON, XML, ETL. - Previous coding experience using any programming language (R, Python, Java, etc.). - Exposure to ERP systems and fundamental concepts. - Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. - Nice to have technologies: Postman, AWS/Azure. - Ability to work independently while focusing on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort. A can-do attitude with a constructive mindset, a team player. - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.,
