Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Debt Recovery Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing the debt recovery process, communicating with clients to collect outstanding debts, providing training and support to team members, and ensuring adherence to recovery policies and strategies. The role also involves coordinating with insurance providers and negotiating repayment plans to achieve recovery targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience in Addiction Recovery support and client management
Knowledge of Insurance processes and policies
Ability to train, mentor, and guide team members
Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
Relevant certifications or courses in debt recovery or financial management are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
