Job Description: You will be responsible for managing both Relational (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Mongo, Redis). This includes monitoring and tuning database performance, optimizing queries, and configuring indexing for efficiency. You will also be tasked with automating tasks such as backups, scaling, and monitoring using in-built functionalities. Cost optimization is a key aspect of the role, where you will manage resource usage to optimize costs while maintaining performance and scalability. Collaboration with development teams is essential to align database architecture with application needs. Additionally, troubleshooting performance and database issues to ensure minimal downtime is crucial in this role.
