Your responsibilities will include processing customer orders according to predefined protocols, developing relationships with potential customers, managing customer data in the CRM system, providing product/service information, resolving customer issues, and clarifying customer needs through interviews. Additionally, you will ensure operational compliance, build and maintain your personal capabilities through training and coaching, and support customer renewals to encourage continued use of our products and services. You should also be adept at in-depth questioning, initiating compelling sales conversations, recognizing sales opportunities during service interactions, building rapport, understanding buying influences, managing buyer indifference, and comprehending client motivations. To qualify for this position, you should have completed Upper Secondary School education and have basic experience with office/operational systems for 4 to 6 months.
