Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
• Build predictive models and optimization solutions for business problems.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling).
• Collaborate with engineering teams for scalable ML systems.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied Data Science experience with production ML models.
• Strong expertise in

  Python, SQL, and ML frameworks

  (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Proficiency in visualization (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly).
• Experience with

  cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of

  MLOps tools

  (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).
• Good to have:

  NLP, time series forecasting, recommendation systems, Big Data tools

  (Spark, Hive, Presto).
