Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong engineering skills and hands-on experience in Python , FastAPI , and asynchronous programming , along with a deep understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph . The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks such as A2A and CrewAI . This role combines data science expertise with backend development and generative AI innovations, driving impactful solutions across domains. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy intelligent applications using LLMs with LangChain and LangGraph. Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using A2A, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. Develop robust, scalable APIs using FastAPI and async programming. Implement end-to-end pipelines that integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and tools. Conduct prompt engineering, memory management, retrieval augmentation, and tool integration. Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and fine-tuning. Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver AI-powered features. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the LLM, agentic AI, and multi-agent system space. Required Skills & Experience: Strong Python programming expertise (6+ years). Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI and handling async/await operations. Deep understanding of LLM frameworks like LangChain , LangGraph , or custom agent frameworks. Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks like AutoGen , A2A , CrewAI , etc. Experience in prompt engineering , RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) , and vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone). Good grasp of architectural patterns for scalable AI applications. Knowledge of common LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
