Mandatory Skills:

1. Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of experience in ML/Data Science/Predictive-Analytics

2. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with standard data science tools and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy, NLTK, Spark, Docker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, etc.).

3. Experience or understanding of deploying machine learning models in production on at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, etc.).

4. Hands-on experience with LLMs API (OpenAI, Hugging Face) and ability to craft effective prompts to guide LLMs towards desired outputs.

5. A creative knack for solving hard problems in statistics, machine learning, and optimization.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholders

7. Writing clear and concise technical reports
