About the Role

Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• L

  ead the design, architecture, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges.
• Develop, train, and optimize ML, DL, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
• Architect and deploy Generative AI applications, including LLM integration, RAG systems, and text-to-image solutions.
• Build and optimize MLOps pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure to ensure scalability, automation, and production readiness.
• Implement cloud-native AI solutions using platforms such as AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.
• Design and deliver AI-driven systems such as risk management models, object detection solutions, and document extraction frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering best practices in AI/ML development.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 610 years

  of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python, SQL

  , and data science frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (GPTs, CNN, RNN, SVM, Random Forests, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  NLP, NLG, and Large Language Models

  (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, LaMDA, BLOOM, PaLM, DALL•E, etc.).
• Proven experience in building and deploying

  Generative AI applications

  , including LLMs, RAG systems, and text-to-image solutions.
• Knowledge of

  Docker, Git

  , and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience in model deployment on

  cloud or on-prem environments

  .
• Exposure to

  Snowflake

  and hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving ability, leadership skills, and client/stakeholder management.
• Prior experience leading teams of

  3–5 members
