Job Description

Associate Manager Senior Data Scientist

Location:

Role Overview

Associate Manager Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to identify business goals and translate them into analytical problems.
Design and implement custom ML models tailored to client-specific data and objectives.
Develop scalable, interpretable, and production-ready analytics solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and client partners to ensure delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning model development.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutions—from problem definition to deployment.
Proficiency in Python and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, etc.).
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Spark.
Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), using tools like NLTK for text analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or R Shiny is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
