Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics and data science solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and optimize mathematical models using tools such as Python and CVXPY.
• Apply NLP and Computer Vision algorithms to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Manage MLOps processes to ensure efficient model deployment and monitoring.
• Lead project management efforts, delegating tasks to junior analysts and scientists.
• Produce non-technical reports detailing project outcomes and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science to maintain relevance in outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business strategies based on data insights.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation
• Hands-on experience with machine learning model development and optimization
• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Experience applying NLP and Computer Vision techniques
• Ability to build and optimize mathematical and statistical models
• Exposure to AWS cloud services for data science workloads (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases (nice to have)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear, non-technical business reports
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
