JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for all systems.
• Create and document detailed

  ER Diagrams

  using tools like Lucidchart.
• Translate business needs into stable and efficient data structures.
• Enforce data modeling standards and best practices.
• Optimize database structures and

  SQL

  for peak performance.
• Work with developers and architects to implement the data models on platforms like

  snowflake

  and

  oracle

  .

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MANDATORY BANKING EXPERIENCE:

  Proven, significant work history in the BANKING or Financial Services sector is an absolute requirement.

• MANDATORY 10+ years of experience

  as a Data Modeler role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Expert ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, efficient data structures.
• Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and governance.
