Job Description

Must-have Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience in data modelling, database design, and data

architecture.

Demonstrated experience in building both normalized and denormalized data models.
Proficiency in data modelling tools such as erwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Experience with modern big data tools and platforms.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or Cassandra

including data modelling for semi-structured data

Familiarity with data warehouse design, ETL processes, and data integration strategies.
Understanding of Health Care Domain

Nice-to-have Skills:

Understanding of Data Lake and Lakehouse architecture principles
Expertise in advanced data modelling techniques for large-scale and high-performance

data systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, or Fabric.
Understanding of Long-Term Care/Senior Care Domain
