About Role

The Senior Data Modeler leads the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise data models and architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with group-wide standards and local regulations. The role focuses on architecting scalable, standardized conceptual, logical, and physical data models, mentoring junior modelers, and enabling business and technology teams to make datadriven architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 1012 years in data modeling, with at least 45 years in enterprise or senior-level modeling roles
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling tools (Erwin mandatory).
• Experience with data architecture frameworks and metadata management.
• Knowledge of MDM, governance, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior modelers and enforce standards. Understanding of regulatory and security requirements in modeling

Special Certification or Membership:

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) preferred; advanced data modeling or architecture certifications are an asset
