Job Description

You will be responsible for handling customer calls in order to resolve their queries and concerns, providing excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing with customers" issues, and offering appropriate solutions. It will be important to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues that require escalation. Meeting performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate will be crucial. The role is open to both freshers and individuals with any experience level. Excellent oral communication skills and flexibility in working shifts are required for this position.
