Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Air Exports Senior CS Pricing Executive to handle customer service and pricing for air exports. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for air exports
- Negotiate rates with airlines and other partners
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and pricing in freight forwarding (air exports preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
