Senior Credit Controller

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to manage a recovery portfolio focusing on collections in a B2B sales setting. You will be tasked with communicating with debtors to resolve disputes and recover outstanding amounts. It will be essential for you to review accounts for any discrepancies and take necessary follow-up actions while maintaining accurate records of collections. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports related to the collection activities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, proficiency in email writing, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. A solid understanding of accounting principles and bills is also crucial. The ability to work independently, coupled with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success in this position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office or be willing to relocate before the expected start date on 02/06/2025.
