Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer (Lead Designer Video & Banner) at our company located in Noida Sec 3, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of designers, specializing in video editing, motion graphics, and banner design. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of designers (motion, static, video) to ensure their growth, review their output, maintain consistency, quality, and meet deadlines. - Owning the concept for the delivery of visual content including motion graphics/video edits, banners, animations, etc. - Editing videos by cutting, adding transitions, color grading, audio adjustments, and incorporating motion typography or effects as needed. - Creating motion content and animations to complement video and banner work using tools like After Effects or other motion/animation software. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to understand creative briefs, objectives, audience, and deliver assets accordingly. - Maintaining and enforcing visual branding guidelines across all creative output. - Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring work pipelines to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects without compromising on quality. - Providing creative direction and feedback, assisting with storyboarding for video/motion/banner projects. - Staying up to date on design, video, motion, and banner design trends, tools, and best practices. - Recommending improvements to processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in video editing and motion graphics. - Demonstrable experience in designing banners for digital, social media, web, and print platforms. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, or similar. - Experience in leading a team, including mentoring, reviewing, guiding, giving feedback, and assigning tasks. - A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing motion/video work and banner/static visuals. - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
