Senior Academic Counsellor - Foreign University Programs

foreign university's new Bengaluru campus

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture lead pipelines for multi-disciplinary programs at our
Bengaluru campus
Deliver personalized program counseling to students/parents via
phone, video calls, email, and walk-in sessions
Convert prospects through targeted follow-ups, manage walk-in inquiries, and maintain accurate CRM tracking (Salesforce/Excel)
Qualify leads, handle objections, and close enrollments while updating student pipelines in real-time

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years
in academic counseling,
inside sales
, or higher education recruitment (walk-in experience preferred)
Outstanding communication
- verbal, written, active listening to understand student aspirations
Proven sales track record
meeting/exceeding enrollment targets
Advanced Excel + Salesforce CRM
proficiency for pipeline management and data analysis
Self-driven, competitive mindset thriving in
high-volume call/walk-in environments
