Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Human Development, Counseling, or related fields
• Certification in career counseling, psychometrics, or aptitude assessment preferred

Experience

• 3 plus as a Counsellor
• 6 plus years for Senior Counsellor / Lead Counsellor
• Experience in student counseling, career guidance, admissions, or life-skills coaching

• Excellent one-on-one counseling and stakeholder communication

Role Expectations

• Conduct in-depth student and parent counseling sessions
• Interpret evaluation frameworks, assessments, and reports
• Recommend academic and career pathways aligned with individual potential
• Support students during critical decision-making phases
• Maintain detailed counseling records and progress notes
• Mentor junior counsellors and ensure quality standards

Collaborate with sales and academic teams (without sales pressure)

Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per month
