Senior Cosmetics Packaging Graphic Designer - Remote

MoltonRox.com is adding more full-time remote beauty products Packaging Designers to our creative team!

Our clients product ranges include skincare, hair care, bar soaps, luxury bath products, candles, cosmetics, gift sets and much more.

To join our team, a passion for cosmetics/beauty would be ideal and a keen eye and experience in packaging and product design is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

• You’ll be bringing an expert skill set to the table, demonstrating a thorough knowledge in packaging, retail, POS and print.
• You know how to research consumer trends and execute your ideas to work within the North American retail market.
• Research competitive products and understand your designs standing in the market place.
• Produce industry-leading packaging design that raises the brand profile, engages with consumers, and clearly communicates the product's unique selling point.
• Creating artwork concepts from scratch within tight deadlines.
• Responsible for ensuring production is to the highest quality standards and adherence to all guidelines.
• Produce print-ready artwork for packaging.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in beauty products designing environment
• Experience in 2D Mock ups
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to deliver high quality results
• Excellent communicator both verbally, graphically and through the use of sketches.
• Illustrator, Photoshop

Work from Home Requirements:

• You are able to focus on work when working from home without distractions.
• You are able to answer phone calls immediately without delay or call backs.
• You have a recent model computer and minimally a 24" monitor.
• You have high speed internet and no electricity or power related issues.
• You have a desk and a quiet working area capable of video calls.
• You agree to have a productivity monitoring software installed on your working computer.
• During your free time while on company clock, you will be researching new design and packaging ideas and create PowerPoint files that can be used for future projects.

Working Hours:

• 9am to 6pm Indian Standard Time Monday to Saturday. 1 Hour Lunch Break.
• You cannot be employed at multiple places, and you cannot take on contract/freelance jobs while working for us.
• Our contract is for Exclusive employment.
