Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging and impactful copy that aligns with the strategic direction and resonates with target audiences across various media channels. - Interpret insights and requirements to develop concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and campaign objectives. - Collaborate with the Group Head - Copy and team members to ensure that all copy supports the overall creative vision and strategic goals. - Demonstrate independent thinking by taking ownership of projects and managing workload efficiently. - Review and edit your own work and that of junior team members to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. - Respond to feedback from the Group Head - Copy and clients to refine copy and enhance effectiveness. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform your writing and keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising agency or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity. - Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy that engages audiences and meets strategic objectives. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively. - Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to translate insights into innovative copy solutions. - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from and support fellow team members.
