About the Role

Senior Content Writer

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with admissions, brand, and marketing goals.
  • Create editorial calendars to support key admission cycles, campaigns, and events.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience research to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Content Creation & Ownership

  • Write high-quality, original content across formats: blogs, landing pages, brochures, emails, ad copies, presentations, and video scripts.
  • Adapt tone and style for different stakeholders students, parents, school partners, and industry voices.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and brand consistency.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor and review the work of junior writers to maintain editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with design, influencer, partnerships, and admissions teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Work with academics and product teams to create impactful educational content that highlights program outcomes.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track content performance across channels, analyzing reach, engagement, and conversion impact.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and continuously improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, education narratives, and evolving student interests.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice for all communication.
  • Create thought-leadership content such as whitepapers, opinion pieces, and long-form articles for brand positioning.
  • Support leadership communication (speeches, keynotes, internal messaging) when required.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or communications.
  • Strong portfolio with a mix of long-form and short-form content (blogs, campaigns, collateral).
  • Excellent command of English with sharp editing and proofreading skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
  • Prior experience in education, edtech, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior writers.
