Senior Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality content for IPO documentation, investor communications, pitch books, and analyst presentations.
• Draft press releases, shareholder letters, annual/quarterly reports, and other investor relations material.
• Collaborate with research, PR, and design teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of messaging across all platforms.
• Translate complex financial data and business insights into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content.
• Stay updated on capital markets, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Support senior management with speeches, Q&A documents, and briefing notes for investor meetings and roadshows.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all financial and corporate communications.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in financial/IR/IPO-related content writing.
• Excellent command over written English with strong editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand financial statements, market trends, and regulatory documents.
• Exposure to IPOs, BFSI, or capital markets will be highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
