In your role as a content specialist, you will be responsible for creating content that promotes our brand. This content can encompass various mediums such as newsletters, website copy, graphics, blogs, videos, and more to keep our global audience engaged. Additionally, you will be expected to edit and proofread content created by others to maintain our standards of accuracy, clarity, and style. Proficiency in graphic design and an eye for effective layouts will be valuable assets in succeeding in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Produce high-quality content for newsletters, tutorial films, website, social media, emails, and other digital channels. - Conduct research to ensure accuracy, currency, and relevance of all content. - Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies, plan editorial calendars, and produce specialized content according to timelines. - Edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and formatting errors. - Optimize content for SEO and adhere to digital marketing best practices. - Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, editing, and proofreading. - Demonstrate creativity with an eye for layout and design. - Show meticulousness and persuasiveness in following up. - Ability to work in high-performance environments and meet deadlines. - Experience in managing and moderating social communities is an added advantage. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Design, or related field. - Minimum of five years of experience in content creation, editing, and proofreading. - Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines. - Experience with content management systems and digital marketing best practices. Business Skills: - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Hands-on experience with CMS like WordPress, Weebly, etc. - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics. - Aviation or travel experience, including tourism and travel, will be advantageous for this role.,
