Senior Content Designer

Role Overview: As a member of the Training team at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI), you will play a crucial role in delivering effective learning initiatives to support adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include learning and development administration, creating and tracking attendance in the company's Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining training information, facilitating live training sessions, and supporting requests for training data. You will also have the opportunity to independently design e-learning platforms from provided content, contributing to the team's efforts in supporting the business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Create and track attendance in the company's Learning Management System (LMS) - Conduct regular checks for new joiners, training completion status, and staff changes - Maintain up-to-date training information on internal sites - Facilitate live training sessions via Zoom or in person - Support requests for training data such as attendance and evaluations - Independently design e-learning platforms from provided content Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of total relevant work experience - Proficiency in Adobe Articulate and Captivate - Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, resources, and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and websites relevant to the role - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills - Proficiency with Zoom to support virtual learning sessions - Experience in an environment supporting Learning & Development and/or Compliance is an advantage - Experience using an LMS (Learning Management System) is an advantage (Note: Location preference is Mumbai or Hyderabad),
