Senior Consultant/Team Lead-US shift

Responsibilities

• Align activities with the organization's values and vision.
• Protect Intellectual Property and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other functions to collect and provide relevant data.
• Establish development guidelines and methodologies.
• Support the onsite consulting team with development tasks and coordinate with remote teams.
• Contribute to practice initiatives, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical specifications, develop and review code, create unit test cases, and conduct technical research for optimal solutions.
• Modify ABAP code for BDC, interface programs, reports, and module pools.
• Optimize custom programs for resource efficiency and performance.
• Develop and update technical documentation based on functional requirements.
• Test objects during migrations, upgrades, and hot packs.
• Maintain documentation for knowledge management and future reference.
• Address bugs and issues within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Develop CDS Views, OData services, and extensions.
• Handle queries related to reports, interfaces, enhancements, ALE/IDoc, conversions, Adobe forms, workflows, and Webdynpro.
• Collaborate with functional teams to manage operational issues, identify gaps, and ensure quality.
• Propose ABAP redesigns for performance improvements.
• Assess SAP OSS notes for relevance to ABAP operations.
• Support business implementations by applying best development practices.
• Work closely with SAP Functional Specialists for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
