Senior Consultant - Workday Financials

Our culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, where we tackle challenges together, support each other's growth, and celebrate every milestone. **Job Responsibilities:** - Support our clients" day-to-day Workday Financial Management workstream and provide recommendations on best practices related to Workday functionality. - Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes according to unique client requirements and best practices on the Workday platform. - Develop system configuration solutions, dashboards, composite reports, and calculated fields; showcase configurations through prototype systems and assist clients in testing the Workday solution. - Assist in client-side implementations, including assembling data gathering workbooks, system testing, and UAT. - Troubleshoot business process failures, conduct root cause analyses, and create plans to mitigate and prevent future system issues. - Collaborate with clients to convert legacy data into Workday. - Aid the integrations team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party/custom solutions. - Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced in new Workday releases. - Mentor junior staff. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management, demonstrating hands-on experience in delivering Workday solutions in this area. - 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Senior Consultant or Systems Senior Analyst with Workday, a Workday Partner, or Workday Client. - 2+ years of project workstream experience and training. - Proficiency in advanced report writing, including building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields. - Understanding and adherence to company policies regarding data governance, security, tenant configuration, maintenance, system development life-cycle, and integration development. - Experience with Adaptive Insights solutions is a plus. - Current or previous Workday Certification, preferably Workday PRO. - Ability to effectively support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects. - Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting.
