Position Title: Training Lead

• Work Location : Hyderabad
• Mode : Work from Office
• Timings : 24 x 5 (Shifts) Cab will be provided.
  

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and employee feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend relevant training programs.
• Assist in designing and developing training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content for technical and soft skills training.
• Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Manage the logistics for training events, including venue, materials, and participant scheduling.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of employee training and development.
• Lead a team of trainers and coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to training schedules.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Identify opportunities for improving training programs and processes.
