Senior Consultant-Technology & Implementation

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant at the company, you will be responsible for delivering discrete projects with minimal supervision. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's business issues and tailor consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience. Your role will also involve achieving high personal billability. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an ambassador for the company's tenets and values, securing great feedback from multiple clients - Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager or equivalent, ensuring quality deliverables - Coordinate resources with expertise in various areas and demonstrate a flexible approach - Deliver with a decisive and directive focus, showcasing both hard and soft skills - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery - Engage effectively with clients, extract information, and develop facilitation and communication skills - Ensure project administration is up to date, including Statements of Work (SoW) and tagging Qualifications Required: - Continually deliver all administrative tasks in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals, expenses, etc.) - Contribute to internal initiatives and suggest ways to improve engagements through the leverage of tools, methods, assets, and information sources - Engage with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth, participating in Wipro "Communities" activities - Propose new service offerings/capabilities, demonstrate value through innovation and subject matter expertise - Share knowledge and points of view within the team and relevant communities of interest - Actively contribute to People Development and Collaboration Effectiveness within the consulting community Additional Details: The Senior Consultant role also involves developing insight into chosen industry and technology trends, ensuring they are shared within the wider practice/GCG through various channels. You will contribute to team thought leadership, write up case studies of your own assignments, and engage with subject matter experts to ensure delivery approaches consider downstream requirements. Additionally, you will play a major role in opportunity identification and help proactively pursue potential pursuits.,
