Senior Consultant-Technology & Implementation

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant at the company, you will leverage your experience to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an ambassador for the company's tenets and values, securing great feedback from multiple clients. - Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager or equivalent, ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Be flexible in approach and coordinate resources with expertise in various areas. - Demonstrate a decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude, showcasing both hard and soft skills. - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery. - Engage effectively with clients, extracting information and developing facilitation and communication skills. - Ensure project administration is up to date, including statements of work (SoW) and tagging. Qualifications Required: - Continually deliver all administrative tasks in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals, expenses, etc.). - Contribute to internal initiatives and suggest ways to improve engagements through the leverage of tools, methods, assets, and information sources. - Organize the contribution of intellectual property (IP) and knowledge assets to the central repository of the company and promote reuse. - Engage with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth, participating in Wipro "Communities" activities. - Propose new service offerings/capabilities and demonstrate value through innovation and subject matter expertise. - Provide on/off-site training and demos to existing staff as needed, developing process assets and other reusable artifacts based on project learnings. - Routinely connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure delivery approach considers downstream requirements. - Actively share knowledge and points of view within the team and relevant communities of interest.
