As a Principal Consultant at Wipro, your role is crucial in leveraging your deep consulting expertise to understand the clients" business landscape and deliver consulting solutions that bring clear business value. You may also have managerial responsibilities, leading a team of consultants and ensuring quality and compliance in business operations. Your success in this role will involve developing and supporting sales opportunities through your expertise and client relationships, while maintaining high personal billability. In your consulting execution, you will serve as an Ambassador for Wipro's values, manage teams of consultants, and ensure quality in project deliverables. Your client-focused approach and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in achieving client objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will lead work stream budgets, assure deliverable quality, and engage effectively with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for project administration tasks such as maintaining project documentation. Your role in business development will involve achieving high levels of individual utilization, identifying and converting leads into opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You will actively participate in sales meetings, lead proposal development, and contribute to RFP/RFI efforts to expand Wipro's footprint. Thought leadership is key, where you will develop insights into industry and technology trends, share knowledge within the organization, and contribute to practice growth. You will contribute to Wipro's success by delivering administrative tasks in a timely manner, leveraging knowledge assets, proposing new service offerings, and enhancing collaboration within the organization. Your strategic objectives will include delivering growth in consulting revenues, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and improving the quality of consulting engagements. You will also aim to generate impact for Wipro through downstream opportunities and grow market positioning through thought leadership and client relationships. Your consulting leadership will play a crucial role in generating growth, integrating consulting services, and supporting Wipro-wide account objectives. Collaborating with account teams, you will build business relationships, support integrated consulting deals, and contribute to the growth of the consulting service portfolio.
