The role of Senior Consultant - Salesforce Developer at EY provides you with the opportunity to work on Salesforce architectural requirements and develop technical solutions based on functional needs. Your responsibilities include application design, solution development using Salesforce stack, and building high-performance, reusable code following coding standards. You will also be involved in designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, and various other Salesforce components as per application requirements. Additionally, you will lead daily scrum meetings, translate business requirements into tasks, and contribute to technical documentation. Supporting and training new team members on Salesforce applications is also part of your role. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce, along with hands-on experience in LWC, AURA, and APEX. Proficiency in Salesforce lightning platform, community, and integrations using REST/SOAP/Bulk API is required. Strong communication skills, Salesforce certifications, and experience in agile project execution are highly desirable.
