Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies for two pods.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Scrum/Kanban board.
• Create Scrum boards and dashboards for clear analysis and issue tracking.
• Apply Agile and Scaled Agile principles, values, and practices proficiently.
• Remove impediments and blockers for pod members.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritised backlogs.
• Manage senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
• Monitor sprint velocity, burn-up/down charts, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to team members.
• Ensure Agile and best practices are understood and followed by the team.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the pods.

Experience Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with large teams and in the banking sector is beneficial.
• Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
• Experience with banking regulations is a bonus.
