Key Skills: Scrum Master, Agile, Scrum Methodology, Scrum, Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, PSM. Roles and Responsibilities : Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies for two pods. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Scrum/Kanban board. Create Scrum boards and dashboards for clear analysis and issue tracking. Apply Agile and Scaled Agile principles, values, and practices proficiently. Remove impediments and blockers for pod members. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritised backlogs. Manage senior stakeholders with strong communication skills. Monitor sprint velocity, burn-up/down charts, and report progress to stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams. Act as a servant leader and coach to team members. Ensure Agile and best practices are understood and followed by the team. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the pods. Experience Requirements : 8-12 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with large teams and in the banking sector is beneficial. Experience working with distributed teams is a plus. Experience with banking regulations is a bonus. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech, M. Tech.
